Jiffy is an online supermarket with an ultrafast delivery service based in London. Jiffy’s mission is to transform customers’ online grocery-shopping experience to make it faster and more convenient to get the products they need when they need them.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Manage the diaries and schedules of Directors
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings and appointments
  • Arranging travel and booking accommodation
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Preparing memos, letters, invoices, statements and other documents
  • Management and oversight of business projects
  • Maintaining and monitoring budgets and expenses
  • Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments
  • Arranging dinners, social events and public appearances

Your profile:

  • Experience of providing secretarial and administrative support
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Ability to work in a diverse team
  • Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines and adapt to change

Details:

  • Up to £26,000 per year
  • 25 holidays + 8 bank holidays
  • Pension Scheme
  • Full time
  • Hybrid working
