We’re looking for a talented Russian-speaking Client Manager (London) to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing FinTech scaleups.

The role

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Work with management and other internal teams in order to deliver new products and implement new technology
  • Monitor customer activities in order to comply with regulations


  • Proven experience as an Account Manager
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Fluent Russian


  • Knowledge about KYC and AML
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
