PAYDO opens up new opportunities for international online financial transactions to merchants, private entrepreneurs, merchants, freelancers and other professionals who require a simple but at the same time convenient method of accepting and sending payments with a minimum of bureaucracy for launch. The company is a well established fast growing Electronic Money Institution authorized by FCA UK, which guarantees the safety of customers.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Acquiring new clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging existing contacts and turning them into sales opportunities.
  • Identifying the right types of stakeholders,SME,Commercial,Corporate & Private partners for the company researching and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to begin the sales cycle and closing agreements
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects in the pipeline
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects experience with current sales’ methodologies and sales tools
  • understanding customers requirements and identify business challenges that can be solve
  • Nurturing existing relationships to deliver increased revenue
  • Working closely with our Products Team
  • Customer Success and Operations teams to support products enhancements and identify new business opportunities add-ons, to optimize sales efforts
  • Attending industry events and conferences to collect leads, attract new partners and provide feedback and information on current market and creative trends
  • Identifying and developing the company’s unique value propositions and differentiators
  • Provide periodic updates and reporting to the executive management, feedback on trends (competitor insight, customer needs, sales and lead information, product and marketing requirements).
  • Must adhere to company policy, procedure, process, DPA and GDPR

Requirements (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required):

  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence on (emails,calls,video calls,meetings); and ability to multitask
  • At least Bachelor’s degree preferable in Finance, Marketing or Economy
  • Experience in FinTech industry (banking, payment system, forex) with a network of business contacts
  • Successful sales career background within the B2B & B2C sector
  • Min 1 year of similar proven experience
  • A history of managing relationships, lead sourcing and closing deals
  • Understanding of FCA, AML, KYC Onboarding and Compliance general requirements would be a must
  • Ability to develop and deliver reports and presentations on sales
  • Strong skills, ability to resolve conflict situations
  • Strong analytical skills (it would be a plus – knowledge in using analytics tools) and problem solving
  • Consultative approach to generate new business
  • A positive and optimistic personality with the desire to succeed with a can do approach
  • Proactive with entrepreneurial spirit, extremely organized, a self-starter, motivated, and capable of quick learning/adapting
  • Clarity, consistency, attention to detail, punctuality is must
  • High level of responsibility, adherence to deadlines
  • Flexibility, readiness to work in the startup mode at the stage of establishing the operations of the office
  • Ideally used to work with international markets
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK or EU citizen with work permit & any additional European languages or Russian would be a plus
  • Must able to go thru C.R.B – Check
  • Candidate should be able to work remotely
  • Some knowledge on e-wallet’s and merchant services sales
