A recruiter works for the employer, so you only see the roles they’re paid to fill. We work for you: the whole market, including companies with no public vacancy, and we negotiate on your side of the table. The two don’t conflict, and when a recruiter can help your search, we’ll happily work alongside them.
Yes, if it misses the criteria we agreed at the start: salary, location or role type. Then the programme simply carries on. If the offer does meet your criteria, the programme ends there and the success fee is due.
The first two or three weeks are the heaviest: around 6 to 8 hours for the deep-dive calls and document work. During the campaign itself, 4 to 6 hours a week. In interview weeks it climbs to 8 to 10, because we prepare you properly for every round. Calls fit around a full-time job, early mornings and evenings included.
We handle the strategy, documents, applications and coaching. From you we need replies within 48 hours, small tasks between sessions, openness to feedback, and turning up prepared for interviews. Honestly, our fastest results come from our most engaged clients.
We’re strongest in financial services, consulting, tech, legal and senior corporate roles. Locations: the UK (especially London), Europe, the US, Canada, the Middle East and Australia.
