It means exactly what it says: we guarantee you'll receive a job offer. We work with you until you have a written offer in hand.

In the unlikely event we don't deliver within 12 months, you won't owe the success fee — and you'll receive a partial refund of your initial payment.

But here's what matters most: to date, we have not had a single client fail to receive an offer. Not one. The guarantee exists because we're confident in what we do — and our track record backs that up.

The programme works as a partnership — we handle the strategy, heavy lifting on documents, applications, and coaching, but we do need your involvement throughout.

In practical terms, this means:

• Responding to messages within 48 hours so we can keep momentum going
• Completing tasks between sessions — things like providing information for your CV, reviewing drafts, or preparing for upcoming interviews
• Being open to feedback on your approach, interview technique, or how you're presenting yourself
• Attending scheduled calls and interview preparation sessions

Most of the heavy lifting is on our side, but the clients who see the fastest results are those who stay engaged and responsive.

There are two payment components:

1. Initial Payment: £4,995
Paid before the programme begins. This covers everything we do together — CV and LinkedIn rewriting, job applications, interview coaching, WhatsApp support, and all the other elements included.

2. Success Fee (when you get your offer)
When you receive a written job offer, a success fee becomes due: £4,995 or one month's gross salary — whichever is higher. This is payable within 5 business days of receiving your offer.

The structure means we're genuinely aligned with your outcome — the success fee only applies when we've delivered on our promise.

It depends on whether the offer matches what we agreed you were looking for at the start.

If the offer meets your stated criteria (salary, location, and role type), the programme would conclude at that point and the success fee becomes due.

If the offer doesn't meet your criteria — for example, it's significantly below your target salary, in the wrong location, or a different type of role — you can decline and we continue working together.

This is why we spend time in the initial strategy session getting really clear on what you're looking for.

It varies depending on the phase:

Initial phase (first 2-3 weeks): This is the most intensive period. Expect around 6-8 hours that week for calls, providing input, and reviewing drafts.

Active job search: Typically 4-6 hours per week, covering strategy calls, reviewing applications, networking activities, and interview preparation.

Interview periods: When you're actively interviewing, this can increase to 8-10+ hours as we do thorough preparation before each round.

The programme is designed around the reality that most clients are working full-time. We schedule calls flexibly, including early mornings and evenings when needed.

Our strongest track record is in:

Industries: Financial services, management consulting, technology, legal, and senior corporate roles across various sectors.

Locations: UK (particularly London), Europe, United States, Canada, Middle East (especially UAE), and Australia.

Career levels: We typically work with professionals at manager level and above, including those targeting director, VP, and C-suite positions.

Unlike our other packages which have a set number of consultant hours, the Job Offer Guarantee includes unlimited support in all areas until you have your offer:

• Strategy sessions — as many as needed to develop and refine your approach
• Interview coaching — preparation for every round, including mock interviews, feedback, and debrief sessions
• LinkedIn Super Boost — ongoing networking, outreach, and profile activity
• Job applications — we handle applications on your behalf, tailored to each role
• WhatsApp support — direct access to your lead consultant for questions between sessions
• Assessment support — preparation for psychometric tests, assessment centres, case studies, or any other recruitment stages

There's no cap on hours and no watching the clock. We continue until you've got the offer.
