GSK’s rules on generative AI
GSK says you can
- Use it to structure your answers or CV
- Use it to check your language and clarity
- Use it as a preparation tool
- Practise on AI interview preparation sites
GSK says don’t
- Replace your original thoughts
- Complete assessments of your personality and abilities
- Get help in a live interview or assessment centre
- Create false or misleading CV content
GSK’s application page says: “Use Gen AI to help you structure your responses or application documents, check your language and clarity, and use it as a preparation tool.” It also says: “Don’t use Gen AI to replace your original thoughts, to complete assessments designed to evaluate your personality and natural abilities, or to assist you in a live interview/assessment centre, as it impacts your authenticity and engagement”.
Gen AI means generative AI tools, such as chatbots. GSK’s FAQ adds: “Authenticity is crucial, and misrepresentation can lead to disqualification.”
