2027 UK graduate intake: not recruiting · checked 19 October 2026Graduated? Your routes in

Short answer: Rothschild & Co is not recruiting for its 2027 UK Graduate Programme. Its London ad said so on 19 October 2026. It gives no next date. The ad is a register of interest, not a vacancy, but you can register there. The 2026 programme was not recruiting either. So the real way in is an internship. Then expect an application, a first-round interview and an assessment centre.

Where are you now?

Independent guide. EP Advisory is not affiliated with Rothschild & Co.

Rothschild & Co’s UK Graduate Programme is a permanent role in its Global Advisory division in London. The ad says it “kicks off with our 6-week Global Graduate Training Programme in London”. Then you join your team.

Your route to an offer

Rothschild & Co is not recruiting for its 2027 UK Graduate Programme. Its London Evergreen ad said so on 19 October 2026.

The ad says: “we are not currently recruiting for our 2027 UK Graduate Programme.” It gives no next date.

The Evergreen ad is a register of interest, not a vacancy. You can still register there. Rothschild says: “To confirm, this is not an open vacancy however, should this change, those who apply to the Evergreen role will be considered in the first instance.”

The 2026 programme was not recruiting either. The same ad for 2026 said “we are not currently recruiting for our 2026 UK Graduate Programme” (Wayback copy, 5 September 2025).

Our reading: Rothschild has filled its UK graduate programme from its own internships two years running. So plan around the internships.

Check the 2027 Summer Analyst ad. It recruits on a rolling basis, so apply early if it is still up.

Graduated? Note 18 December 2026. The Off-Cycle Internship opens that day.

Rothschild runs no job alert we could find. The Evergreen ad is its own register of interest.

Not stated

Rothschild publishes no salary

The work, from the London ad: pitch books, financial models and valuations, and helping to coordinate transactions. It lists “discounted cash flows, trading comps analysis, transaction comps analysis, LBO-based and other valuation approaches”.

Where these facts come from
  • Pay. Rothschild & Co publishes no salary for this programme. Compare salaries in the UK.
  • Who it is for. The ad says the programme “is aimed at students in their final year of university or recent Graduates”.
  • Grades. “On track for a minimum of a 2:1 or equivalent in your university degree”. Rothschild recruits “from a wide range of backgrounds, universities and degree disciplines” (graduates page).
  • No finance degree. The ad says those without one “will be given all the support necessary to hit the ground running”.
  • Size. The graduates page says Rothschild takes “around 200 Graduates a year from all over the world”. That is across all its offices, not just London.
Rothschild & Co's route into its Global Advisory graduate programme in London, in six stages. Stage 1: apply online with a CV and a cover letter. Stage 2: an online assessment, if you are asked to take one as part of the application, which is not timed. Stage 3: a first-round interview about your experiences, skills and motivations, online or at an office. Stage 4: an assessment centre with an interview with senior colleagues, a group exercise and a case study. Stage 5: the 6-week global training programme in London, as the ad describes it. Stage 6: you join a Global Advisory team in London. Rothschild & Co hires many graduates from its own internships, and its intern ads say you could be considered for a graduate role.

04/10Stage 1 · Apply

How to apply

There is no open graduate vacancy to apply for. You apply to an internship, or register on the Evergreen ad.

Two rules come first. Rothschild’s FAQs say: “You can submit a maximum of seven applications globally per recruitment cycle.” They also say do not “Use AI tools during online assessments or interviews, unless explicitly stated otherwise”.

1

2

3

4

If asked, within 3 working days

The seven-application rule, edits and early closes
  • Duplicates. “Duplicate profiles using different email addresses will not be considered. Only the first application submitted will be reviewed.”
  • Other regions. Applying to the same programme in another region still counts toward the seven.
  • Early closes. “For many of our opportunities, the vacancy will close when all positions have been filled, so early application is strongly advised.”
  • No edits. “once submitted, changes cannot be made to your CV and Cover Letter.”
  • AI misuse. It “could result in your application being withdrawn from the process”.
  • Master’s students. “Yes, you can apply to both the Summer and Graduate programme.”

Do

“I built a DCF of a FTSE 250 retailer for our society’s pitch, which drew me to M&A”

A real result tied to the work. The ad lists DCF and comps among your tasks.

Don’t

“I am passionate about finance and want to join a prestigious bank”

It could fit any bank. Rothschild asks why it “appeals to you” in particular.

Rothschild says “One page is ideal at the start of your career”. Our CV achievement examples show how to give each line a result. • Already graduated. The 2027 UK Global Advisory Off-Cycle Internship opens on 18 December 2026. Its ad says: “At the end of the Internship, you could be considered for a permanent role on our Graduate Programme.”
  • Speak a CEE language. The CEE Long Term Internship in London takes recent graduates. It asks for fluent English and “preferably” Greek, Hungarian, Romanian, Czech, Slovak or Ukrainian.
  • Investor advisory. The Global Investor Advisory Long-Term Internship in London asks for a 2:1. Its ad says it has “the potential to convert to a full-time Analyst role”.
  • Younger students. Spring Insight and Women’s Horizon Insight are for students earlier in their degree. Strong performers get a fast-track assessment for the next Summer Internship.
  • Outside the UK. Rothschild listed 2027 graduate ads in Spain (Madrid) and France (Paris). They are not UK routes.
  • Placements. “Unfortunately, we do not currently run industrial placements.”
Two Rothschild & Co Global Advisory internships in London side by side. The Summer Analyst programme is for students in their second or penultimate year. It lasts 10 weeks and starts with training in accounting, valuation and modelling. At the end, you could be considered for a permanent role on the Graduate Programme. The Off-Cycle Internship is for graduates, or students who can take a 5-month internship during their studies. It lasts 5 months in London. At the end, you could also be considered for a permanent role on the Graduate Programme. Each internship has its own ad with its own dates.

Visa sponsorship

Rothschild & Co says sponsorship can be looked at during selection. It may not be possible for every role.

Rothschild’s FAQs, checked 19 October 2026: “The option of visa sponsorship can be evaluated during the selection process, however, it may not be possible for all opportunities.” The London graduate and internship ads say nothing on visas.

Our reading: ask about sponsorship early in the process, not after the offer.

The Graduate visa
  • Graduate visa. It lasts “2 years if you apply on or before 31 December 2026” and “18 months if you apply on or after 1 January 2027” (GOV.UK).

I have already graduated. What can I apply for?

The 2027 UK Global Advisory Off-Cycle Internship takes graduates. Its ad says applications open on 18 December 2026. It runs for five months in London from September 2027. The CEE Long Term Internship in London also takes recent graduates, and prefers one of its listed languages.

How many applications can I make to Rothschild & Co?

Up to seven per recruitment cycle, worldwide. Applying to the same programme in another region still counts toward the seven. You can’t change your CV or cover letter after you submit.

Does Rothschild & Co sponsor visas?

Rothschild & Co says sponsorship can be evaluated during the selection process, but it may not be possible for all opportunities. Offers are subject to immigration approval. Our reading: ask about it early in the process.
